Dunstan Downs is a working station in Otago's Dunstan Range — being transformed into New Zealand's first eco-integrated film campus, powered by the New Zealand Digital Dollar.
Cassandra Cooper — Hollywood producer and founder of Wonderland Studios in Castaic, California — and Charles Innes, New Zealand entrepreneur and custodian of Dunstan Downs, are building something that has never existed before.
A working high-country station in Otago, transformed into an eco-integrated film and entertainment campus — where international productions shoot against New Zealand's most cinematic landscape, and a global community participates through digital ownership.
The New Zealand Digital Dollar (NZD) and BleetArt NFT collection are the digital foundation of that community — built on Solana, grounded in real land.
Purpose-built infrastructure for international film and television — productions on the land, not in a studio lot.
Development with the terrain. Every decision is made with the integrity of the landscape as the first condition.
NZD token and BleetArt NFTs link a global holder community to the station — its animals, land, and story.
On-site experiences, farm stays, production visits, and gold-field tours — the campus is designed to be entered.
The New Zealand Digital Dollar (NZD) is a Solana-based utility token — the native currency of the Dunstan Downs ecosystem. It powers every transaction on campus: NFT purchases, merchandise, experience bookings, event access, and DAO governance votes.
It is not a financial product. It is the medium of exchange for a specific ecosystem, backed by land, livestock, and media production activity at a real property in Otago.
The NZD token is a utility token, not a financial product. It does not represent equity in any entity and is not an investment vehicle.
Not a render. Not a concept. These photographs were taken at Dunstan Downs Station, Otago — the real site behind the project.

The whitepaper covers the vision, token structure, NFT utility, campus development plan, and team background.
The campus is built in phases — beginning with the token and NFT ecosystem, then moving to ground-level construction and live production.
One shared conviction that this land deserves something extraordinary.
Cassandra is a Hollywood-based producer with a track record of overseeing the production and distribution of over 100 titles on major platforms. For the past year and a half, she served as co-owner of a 77,000 sq ft production studio, leasing space to major production companies and content aggregators including Amazon, Hulu, Apple TV, Roku, and Warner Bros.
Although a New Zealand project fell through in 2019 due to the pandemic, her love for the country persisted. Now, in partnership with Charles and his family, she is bringing Hollywood resources to the Lindis Pass — creating a unique content hub in one of the world's most cinematic landscapes.
At Dunstan Downs Campus, two series are in development for production and distribution, utilising an on-site data centre for seamless transmission. The vision is to nurture local talent through training, casting incentives, and collaboration with New Zealand and South Pacific actors — while attracting top Hollywood executives, producers, and A-list talent.
"We are excited to become a part of the local community and make Dunstan Downs Campus a true Hollywood in the South Pacific. Kia Ora!"
A fourth-generation high country farmer, Charles is a 47-year-old New Zealand entrepreneur living in the picturesque Lindis Pass — the Gateway to the Otago Gold Fields, and one of the richest alluvial gold deposits in the world. Together with his wife, he runs a successful gold mining and prospecting business from their 100-hectare homestead in the upper Waitaki District of North Otago.
Growing up on a high country sheep station in Timaru, Charles worked as a stockman and shepherd across the country before returning to his roots. Though his path led from farming to gold prospecting, he retains deep connections to the generational farming families and high country stations of the surrounding region.
The Dunstan Downs location — partly secluded yet sitting beside the main South Island highway — drew the attention of film and music production crews seeking privacy, breathtaking scenery, and freedom from disruption. That spark became the foundation of this partnership.
"My deep connection to the land and community makes my contribution to the region even more meaningful."
